The Leadership Problem
There is a crisis in leadership effecting all sizes and types of organizations—from churches, charities, and businesses to military units and government agencies. On one hand, ineffective leaders are failing to provide clear direction or stifling progress because of their unwillingness to accept responsibility, take action, or improve their own leadership capacity.
